Rona's Story
Growing up on the West Coast of Scotland gave Rona her love for exploration and the great outdoors – and being outside gives Rona a feeling of contentment and of being much more present in time.

"I guess I’ve always loved adventures, being outdoors, that kind of stuff. We did it all the time as kids … we even learned to swim in the sea as we had no local pool. I guess we were 'wild swimmers' before wild swimming was a thing."
Rona's passion is shared with her family
"Me and my big brother still go exploring and do a lot of camping, when it’s been a long day of adventure, there’s nothing better than relaxing at sunset with a drink in hand." Rona is passionate about leading a sustainable and active lifestyle, and wherever she wanders, she tries to pick up some local ingredients she can use to create her own bespoke serve.
